Terms & Conditions

  • All goods to be carried under our terms & conditions.
  • All bookings are subject to a written agreement between RSK Transport and the supplier named above.
  • Payment terms are 30 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing from a member of the RSK management team.
  • Pods to be provided with invoice
  • If required, digital applications may need to be used by driving colleagues to establish eta’s, delivery times & upload any pods etc.
  • Whilst working on behalf of RSK the operator agrees to uphold the integrity and principles that are required by RSK inline with current transport regulations set out by DVSA and any other governing bodies.
